(Well, not quite daily ... but getting closer to daily, now that I have a comfy zabuton to use rather than a stack of blankets!) I use it with a meditation bench, so that I am in a kneeling position. I was concerned about getting a zabuton that would be big enough for either kneeling or sitting cross-legged, without being ginormous - I didn't want my feet or knees going off the edge, however I was sitting. The size of this one is great - I am 5'8" with average length legs. It is soft and thick enough to provide ample cushion so I don't spend my entire meditation session contemplating the discomfort of my poor bony feet ... but not so soft that I get an unintentional core workout not trying to tip over while perched on top of a mushy billowy pillowy thing!
