Ingredients Aqua, Sodium cocoate, Fatty acids methyl esters ethoxylates, Coco-glucoside, Alcohol, Sodium octyl sulfate, Sodium C 12-14 fatty alcohol sulfate, Sodium laureth sulfate, Polypropylene terephtalate, Sodium citrate, Sodium lauryl sulfate, Parfum, Citric acid. Directions Machine Wash: Place the dosage into the machine's dispenser tray. Colours: oft or Medium Water: 35ML (= 1cap). Hard Water: 53ML (=1.5 caps). Thank you.** A: I think the difference is the amount you need to use, see if you can find out the 'recommended dose' for each.The concentrate does last a long time.
