In pill form its easier for me to take verses making tea all the time, anyways at my doctors visit he said I have type 2 diabetes which is my fault after eating candy discovered by A1C test BUT MY BLOOD PRESSURE WAS 100/65 AND MY DOCTOR said he normally does not see that. I still use the meds my doctor prescribed for blood pressure plus this product and with good blood pressure its a good way to start defeating diabetes. Perhaps diabetes is ok to have as its telling you to get healthy, eat right. REMEMBER THAT OLD SAYING!!-EAT TO LIVE not LIVE TO EAT and with GOD'S help a plant known as Hibiscus which is grown under the SON, defiantly has not hurt me. --- I am not saying this will work for you as it has for me so I think it is a wise choice first to discuss this with you Doctor and see what he or she has to say adding this Herb Hibiscus-THE BIBLE SAYS MY PEOPLE DIE FROM LACK OF KNOWLEDGE-so the author is saying, read reports form others, ask questions, seek guidance and by all means ASK YOU DOCTOR. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Stuff works! *by J***P on Reviewed in the United States on August 14, 2020* Stuff works. Hibiscus is great for lowering blood pressure. May take some days to fully kick in, but my numbers are very decent these days. Even eating pretty much what I want. Before you go on meds give it a try.
