The unit came on a pallet and every exterior part of the unit was wrapped in foam, hardened corrugated corners, and a thick sheet of styrofoam covering the glass door. The fridge works perfect for our retail location where we sell sodas, waters, and energy drinks out of it. I'm working on getting a custom sign made for the back-lit portion up top. The unit feels very solid and keeps the drinks nice and cold. It's also very helpful that it comes with the organizer bars built onto the shelves to keep the drinks from getting mixed up. I have the shelves tilted just enough to where cans slowly slide down to the front when a drink is taken out. If you're looking for a retail merchandiser fridge for your store or office this is an excellent choice. ### ⭐ Not what I expected *by B***. on June 5, 2021* Temp doesn't hold steady.
