I went straight for the Ethiopian beans, they roasted supremely, crackling and popping like crazy. Later, when I brewed the dark roasted Ethiopian beans it tasted smooth there was lots of crema, truly delicious. So far quite satisfied, already planning my next order!!Edit- I've roasted a batch of each variety now and they tasted distinguishable from one another.I appreciate the tasting notes and info about bean on packaging.....
