I also made him a simple "skeleton" out of 1/2" PVC. all you need is a 10 foot pvc pipe an 3 couplings. About 7$ at a hardware store. Glue it all together inside the dummy and fill. Real pvc primer and rubber cement works best. I also filled ziplock bags with sand to add weight in the feet and midsection. My dummy weighs 55 pounds and stands on his own with minimal support while performing throws. He is about 5"8' standing filled. Seems durable. Having a blast!
