The bucket holds apparently 27.5ltr of fluids (Not something I have tried!), but, bear in mind due to the different densities of materials it doesn't hold that it will hold roughly 27.5kg. Luckily our bucket fits the 16kg of flour in nice and snuggly. There is also the option if required to tamper proof the lid, which would be useful if you are sending materials through the post or by courier. Had we have taken the flour out of the bag I dare say we could have got maybe another couple of kilos but I doubt we’d have managed 25. Obviously that is flour and not icing sugar.
