I purchased it well in advance for my trip to Disney but needless to say IT WAS TRASH!!! I checked the reviews before purchasing but decided to give this backpack the benefit of the doubt anyway because it was one of very few that had a lock code. Other viewers had discussed that it was extremely small in size and not durable but I still thought that maybe their reviews were a little too picky or maybe they just put too much in the bag. Well, I must say they were right and I was wrong!!!! This bag tore up the very first time that I used it. By the time I got in the care to go to the airport the middle part had torn away from the seams and just kept tearing. The bag is extremely small. There is no way to use it and put your belongings in the bag without feeling like you are having to compromise what you need for what will fit in the bag. The concept of the bag was a good idea but the execution of the manufacturing was HORRIBLE! I wish I hadn't bought this bag in advance (for a whole month and a half I looked at it with anticipation and not able to contain the excitement of being able to use it for my trip - only for it to ruin my trip. Imagine getting on a plane and having the zipper busting and the middle of the bag tearing in the inside and not being able to put the belongings that you need for your trip in the bag but yet the bag still bursts from just a normal amount of stuff. I hate this. Now I will have to pay even more money out on another bag but you better believe it will be quality this time!!! ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I have used it for a week now and really love it. It's compact, so if you're looking to lug around a bunch of gear this probably isn't the best fit. On a typical day I bike to work and carry with me gym clothes and shoes, my phone, wallet, keys and bike light. I know I could also slide in my iPad or MacBook Air if I wanted to and it would fit just fine. I haven't tried the locking feature yet. I have slide a phone charging cord through and that's pretty neat and unique. The aluminum handle is a nice touch and is comfortable to grip. I also find the front of the bag to have a very sleek design and I appreciate the reflective strip.So far a really big fan of this bag!
