I'd bought some for a friend previously. She experienced the same symptoms as I did, but she didn't tell me at the time as they were a gift. Both of us threw them out after 2 days. Both if us ended up on dioralyte as so dehydrated. Be very careful when trying protein bars or similar. The warnings are hard to find as well as the ingredients. Should be stated clearly on the box. Ill for 4 days after consumption of only 4 bars.
