Review: Great for my cherry angiomas - I purchased this as I've recently had some little cherry angiomas appear on my torso. Upon opening, I noticed a white, lightweight device that was already fully charged. It had 2 needles, one for bigger moles/scars and the other is for smaller blemishes. The instructions were ok but I double checked by reading up on similar devices online as the English wasn't the best. I turned it on and noticed that there are 9 heat levels. I started at 2 but went up to 4 as found that was enough for what I wanted it to do. It caused a slight burn to the specific area that I tried but wasn't painful. Over the next couple of days, the area scabbed over then 6 days later, the scab fell off and the cherry angioma has gone! No scars are left and I'm very happy with the product. It is quick to charge using the USB cable that it comes with and was easy to clean. I think it's a fabulous and affordable device and does exactly what I intended it to do. Update: This device is still going strong. I've used it to zap away a couple of large freckles which took a couple of sessions but did the job!

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Great for my cherry angiomas

I purchased this as I've recently had some little cherry angiomas appear on my torso. Upon opening, I noticed a white, lightweight device that was already fully charged. It had 2 needles, one for bigger moles/scars and the other is for smaller blemishes. The instructions were ok but I double checked by reading up on similar devices online as the English wasn't the best. I turned it on and noticed that there are 9 heat levels. I started at 2 but went up to 4 as found that was enough for what I wanted it to do. It caused a slight burn to the specific area that I tried but wasn't painful. Over the next couple of days, the area scabbed over then 6 days later, the scab fell off and the cherry angioma has gone! No scars are left and I'm very happy with the product. ### ⭐⭐⭐ A potentially premature review.

Firstly, you should always get any concerning moles checked by a Dr before attempting to remove them yourself. Personally, I have a pigmentation/ cafe au lait spot near my armpit that bugs me which is the main reason I bought this pen. There isn’t a whole lot of information out there about these kinds of devices at home. Essentially, what these devices do is create micro burns on the skin which burns away pigment and triggers a healing process that should leave you with clear skin. It isn’t painless. It feels like an electric shock/ bee sting at lower levels. It does also smell of burning. It does feel like a bit of a shock but you do get used to it. I have only used it at the lower levels and from my own research when doing this at home it’s better to start on low power and do multiple treatments as over doing it can leave scarring/ permanent burn marks. The instructions are helpful and do provide thorough aftercare instructions. However, it would be useful if they contained information on how it should look and how long do go over the spot for. Initially, I used the fine needle on setting 2 and as I was nervous I barely touched to patch. I watched some videos online of similar devices and gave it another go with the thicker needle. If you have a low pain tolerance I recommend numbing cream. Also make sure you have surgical spirit to hand to disinfect the thicker needle and your skin before treatment. So in terms of my patch of pigmentation, it looks red and raw it isn’t sore but it does itch a little. It kind of looks like a burn which Google suggests is normal. It’s only been 2 days so I need to wait for the healing process to happen before seeing how effective this has been or if further treatments are required. Patience is key, if this doesn’t heal then I’ve just given myself a burn that looks worse than the pigmentation mark. I also tried it on a raised mole that I have had since I was a kid. I used setting 5 for this as it was raised. Initially, it swelled up. The top half of it formed a crust very quickly and this scabbed off in about 24 hours. The mole looks exactly the same, either there is a technique to it or it isn’t effective on raised moles. I have a sun spot on my torso which is flat. So I also used the device on this. It turned darker straight away and that does look like it’s getting crusty and forming a scab. What it will look like underneath the scab remains to be seen. It came fully charged and I haven’t used it enough to comment on battery life, but it seems decent enough. As for how effective this tool is remains to be seen as it’s still too early for me to truly tell so this review may be a little premature but if it gets rid of my pigmentation mark I will be happy.
