The box had been dropped. Both bottle caps had been impacted and were pushed down into the bottle body making opening impossible. Thankfully, I had tools available to forced the caps back to original shape. Whoever dropped the package chose to ignore this damage. The product itself seems OK - not cheap for a bottle of 'water'. First time I have received an desertcart delivery in this condition. Fortunately the items were retrievable and did not require a return. It can't be both!** A: Hi,i don't know this product.Deionised/demineralised water is different from distilled water which is made by boiling the water,collecting the steam & cooling it so that it turns back to water. If you are going to run a model steam engine then only use distilled water to stop limescale building up inside the boiler. Either type of water will do for the car battery.
