This product works, I drink it everyday . My hemoglobin is definitely improving. I went from a 9.1 in April to a 9.5 in July (stopped taking the product ending of may through June) got back on it middle of July and now my hemoglobin is at a 10.8 . My energy levels are finally back to normal. Before I would always be soo tired with low energy. Today I feel great . The taste is not the best but it is something I have gotten used to and it’s has a 12% alcohol so you do feel a little buzzed after lol .
