I had a few numbness issues..Not any more. I have changed my diet away from breads and sugars. After taking this supplement for two weeks twice daily, I sleep through the night, no indigestion, and feel better than I have in a long time. I strongly recommend this product. At least give it a try, but be sure to cut back on the sugars, and exercise - I do strength training on my Bowflex. BTW- these are my personal opinions.
