I also like that it has different modes, because they all work somehow differently for different areas of body. After a week of use, I can tell my soreness and pain around my neck, shoulder area and back are relieved.

I am amazed that the pain seemed to be non-existent after using this item. The only I don't enjoy is the automatic turn off but I suppose it's a good thing because I probably would leave it on until it died. For the cost it's a great buy for a fast fix for the pains your body may experience daily!

### ⭐ Did not work right out of the Box !!

Not only did this not charge right out of the box, but Amazon wants $7.99 for me to return a $19.99 item. What a ripoff. I have used an IcyHot tens unit for years, but can no longer get replacement pads for it. This looked as simple to use as the IcyHot unit. I will never know. My search continues!
