The updated packaging is ridiculously hard to open. I had to use scissors just to get to the batteries, and in the process, I ended up cutting my hand on the sharp, thick plastic. That alone is unacceptable. But it gets worse: the batteries are completely unreliable. Every single one I’ve used has died within just a few hours. For a product that’s supposed to support assistive devices, this is not just inconvenient, it's harmful. As a Deaf person, dealing with unreliable products like this only adds to the daily challenges we already face. It feels like no thought was given to accessibility, safety, or reliability. Sadly, this comes across as another example of a company prioritizing profit over people, especially those in the disabled community.
