Run out and get one as soon as possible! *by S***M on Reviewed in the United States on February 2, 2018* The only bad thing I could come up with is that I waited way too long to purchase one. I LOVE my privacy filter. I was torn between which one to buy, the black or gold. My manager has a larger screen than I do and a black filter which works but I can still see her screen slightly from an angle. I mulled over which to get for a week or so plus the price was high for what you get. I finally decided on the gold and when I put it on for the first time I checked how it looked from angles and I was in love. I have a coworker almost directly behind me at an angle so he could see everything on my screen prior to me getting this filter. He's very nosy and now he can't see anything unless he stands directly behind me or I remove it to ask him a question and I want him to see my screen. I also have a supervisor that's nosy and when he first saw it said he can't see my screen. I was doing flips on the inside and wanted to let him know he's one of the reasons I wanted it. He still wants to see what's on my screen but he has to stand directly behind me to see and I have plenty of time to close or open another screen to protect my privacy. I'm not doing anything I shouldn't be doing on the job but I still like my privacy. Maybe I want to check my bank account on my break and now I have the privacy I need. It's worth every penny I paid for it and I wish I had purchased it about 6 months ago. I will purchase another one if or when needed the same day without hesitation. From my point of view, the gold privacy filter is the way to go. The golden glare you get from a side view is awesome. I love, love, love my filter. I can't praise this wonderful invention enough. ### ⭐⭐⭐ Product Quality Has Diminished Recently-Used To Be A Great Product *by C***E on Reviewed in the United States on February 6, 2020* We have purchased a lot (a minimum of 25) of these filters for monitors in our office. I recently ordered 5 of these. In comparison to the ones that I have had in the past, the privacy doesn't seem to be as good as it used to be.Of greater concern, is the quality. As noted in the picture attached, the two layers that seem to be pressed together, have separated. I've only had these two weeks. I've also had to use four adhesion strips per filter, whereas in the past, I only had to use two of them on the sides, and it was sufficient. These ones do not seem to be as sticky. I'm using Dell monitors, just as before.Not sure if I should reach out to Amazon or 3M to replace the filter. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Actually provides almost 100% privacy. I almost always have highly sensitive information on my screens, and the regular filters can still allow people to see more than I would like. The gold ones make it almost virtually impossible unless you are seated directly in front of the screen. I really wish 3M would make these in more sizes than they currently offer, as I use three monitors. I do have a window right behind me and this protector puts off major reflection would could be bothersome to some people, but I am willing to overlook it in exchange for actual privacy.Please make in more size, 3M! Would really like these for 21, 23, and 24 inch screens. Will not use other brands, as 3M has excellent service and will send you replacement sticky tabs, which I find invaluable.
