They work exactly like they are supposed to! Excellent foot support.

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Great for turning skate shoes into MTB shoes!
*by J***O on October 5, 2025*

I like these a lot and they work amazing with the shoes I use them in. The only issue i have is that they do fatigue my feet when walking. That said they're easy to slip off and I really only use them when mountain biking. For that purpose they're awesome. They give my shoes a nice stuff bottom that the shoes lack on their own. They also help make the not so grippy rubber of the shoe lay flatter on my bike pedals so I get max grip. For the reason I bought them they are awesome! For walking, these are a bit of a pain. 4 stars for me, but you might like or need the stiffer sole.
