Let those dry THEN spray your face with at least 4 pumps of your toner to wet your face thoroughly THEN apply whatever moisture barrier cream or lotion you use. I'm 74 and obviously not going to have "youthful" skin but boy do I have soft, hydrated skin. IN WINTER. Give it a try.
