Funnily enough she just did a video on "the correct order" for layering skin care products and her toner order is THIRD, not first or second. First wash, then exfoliate, the DRY and apply any oils/serums you use. Let those dry THEN spray your face with at least 4 pumps of your toner to wet your face thoroughly THEN apply whatever moisture barrier cream or lotion you use. I tried this not really expecting but a wet mess....WOW. Was I wrong. This one change has made a huge difference. I'm 74 and obviously not going to have "youthful" skin but boy do I have soft, hydrated skin. IN WINTER. Give it a try.
