BUT...if you're a beginner cook like me, be very careful...cuz while in use, don't think just because you are holding it that it won't move. Make sure to have the tool either sitting on a flat surface and pick up the zest to your plate or rest it against the pot...just something stable enough so the tool won't move...instead of zesting a lemon...I accidentally zested the lemon AND my own finger...yeah, that took awhile to recover. May have to look into a mandoline slicer...think that's more of my level of safety. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Nice and Sharp *by U***R on Reviewed in the United States on July 1, 2018* I paid $5 for this. Great price. Other graters for this price aren't sharp enough to zest. This one is very sharp. I wouldn't touch it with my fingers. It's a fine grater so something like cheese would clog it up pretty quickly, but it's long to compensate. It's actually too long for me, but I can't find a shorter one from the same seller. It comes with a brush for cleaning, but I just hand wash it with a sponge and it gets nice and clean.
