The letter box door is slightly flimsy towards the bottom because there is only one central latch. So the bottom part will protrude outside slightly. However it won't expose any of your documents. If the door had latch at top and bottom this could have been avoided. 2. Key to the box was inside the box. Took a while to get it out. It should have been stuck on top of the box using tape for easy access. 3. The biggest draw back is on the flap the word "Letter Box" is not engraved in red or black but rather cream color.
