(I’ve always take these MV and the biotin since summer 2025). I am mid 40’s, female, with very fine and thinning hair. I have just started to notice significant growth, particularly around the front of my hairline, where the thinning is more noticeable. I am not sure if it is this supplement or the combination, but I definitely think it’s had an effect. I have about 2 inches of growth, so lots of ‘fly aways’. I have never noticed this before as I have always had fine and thin hair, and even my husband has commented on it looking like there’s growth, and generally thicker all over. I am continuing to take this and I also do a micro needle roller and then rosemary oil applied to scalp for an hour, once a month. I think I’m going to add in between pumpkin seed oil, as I’ve read this blocks the testosterone conversion which is what causes hair follicles to shrink (please do your own research).
