Not because there was anything wrong with it, but I had second thoughts – I bought this on a lightning deal, I don't really NEED this, since my showerhead worked well, I just thought it might look nice in my bathroom to have a hand-held showerhead that was new. So, I was going to return the package to sender once I got it. But once received, it really did look nice and was extremely easy to install, no tools needed. I did have a small leak coming out of the joint between the shower head and the flex tubing, but they had been thoughtful enough to include a little bit of plumbers tape in with the package. I used half of that and it sealed the deal. I have tried all the settings already and they all work well – my favorite is the massage setting, since I do like a pulsed pressure flow to my showers. The nice thing about the handheld is that I can now wash my dog in the bathtub. ( he is a weird little basset hound and actually likes baths/showers-- tries to climb in the tub when I'm taking a shower). I love how it updates the look of my bathroom, makes all the fixtures look new.
