The old ultimate putting machine was great but after many years it stopped working. I bought the new one and the putting surface material doesn't really work very well and is too soft and wrinkles even after ironing. I can't highly recommend it unless they put different material on the putting surface. If the material was better it is a very good trainer for improving your putting.

I searched through ALL of the putting systems on Amazon and this one appeared to be the best bang for the buck (length,price,durability). Although this product looks nice and upon initial use I thought I had scored a bargain, I soon realized the error of my ways.The ball return stopped working only a week after I began using it. I looked for an address or phone number on the box so I could express my displeasure with the quality of the product or maybe find out where I could obtain a replacement ball return, but there was none. If you just need a putting surface, by all means make this purchase. However, if you are expecting a lifetime of care free putting without walking to get your balls, think again... Very unhappy with the money I wasted...

My husband and children love this putting system. My only complaint is that sometimes the ball return gets stuck. It's easy to store and easy to clean with a damp rag. Great buy. Very inexpensive and fun for everyone. My 4 year old can work it and it keeps everyone occupied and happy.

Ball return does not work too well. It works about once every three times. Otherwise it is a good product.

Okay, we loved it, but the ball feeder stopped working within 3 days after we started using it.....how do I send it back for another one???

Pretty lame construction, plastic is thinner than a pop bottle. Also the ball return quit after a couple dozen uses. overall pretty lame. Lame.

Terrible. The unit worked for approximately one week then shut down. The on off switch doesn't work. I would like a refund on this TERRIBLE product.Don't buy.
