**Q: Can this be fitted in an unheated void space attic purely for roof access and  can it be fitted as a diy project or does it need to be fitted a roofer**
A: This would need to be fitted to a heated room and it can be fitted by anyone who has the knowledge to do so.

**Q: Can we this for the kitchen roof**
A: yes you can, they are a great product

**Q: Can it be used in a warm room as most of this type of window are for cold room only ensuring no condensation?**
A: Because of the double glazing it seems to work a treat

**Q: How are these attached to the roof? Are there instructions for fitting available online?**
A: Fixed to the roof’s framework ie rafters/purlins. The pictographic instructions are typically confusing and need careful study as they cater for different tile types.  At least the simplicity of this design helps in fitting. Good luck!
