Daily coffee and energy drinks cost a lot specially when buying them daily or needing to make it on my own. When I first took the caffeine pill I thought it wouldn't work since I was very tired and sleepy since I had just woken up. But within 20 minutes I started feeling better and energized. They kicked in faster than I thought since pills need to be dissolved and digested. Ignore the negative reviews that might say the effects aren't strong or too strong. Everyone is affected differently on caffeine. 200ml of caffeine is the perfect amount for me but might not be for everyone.The pills are small so it will be easy to swallow for most people. The ingredients also seem to be good and simple they arent loaded with a load of extra crap. So far I've had good experience on these as my first time, I will definitely buy more when I start running out. I would recommend eating something light after you feel the effects so it doesn't effect your stomach.
