I don’t know why they’ve totally over engineered this with a half centimeter of screws in between the top and bottom trays when they could have just made them click into each other like legos. Also your bite will take a little adjusting as you make it through the day. I recommend it as a travel method to reduce snoring but I don’t think I would use it everyday. I would be concern it would permanently change my bite. Don’t lose the adjuster wrench. You will need it to modify how far out it pulls your lower jaw.
