**Q: my fitter has fitted the unit & flu but it is leaking carbon dioxide is there another flu I can get as he thinks this one may not be correct.**
A: Hi, these flue pipes work with natural draft. this means if the smoke is leaking from the pipe or the heater, there is not enough draft. I would recommend to make he pipe as long as possible.

**Q: What is the maximum flue length, vertical and horizontal? And can you buy flue extensions?**
A: All dimensions are listed on the technical drawing. Max lenght is 495 mm.

**Q: Looking at the roof gland on this item, can it only be fitted to flat roofs? I would like to fit through a 22.5 degree pitched roof, is this possible?**
