Review: Very uncomfortable, lots of drooling - I was hopeful when I ordered this product. I had hoped it would be the ideal travel device in lieu of more expensive ones. I followed the directions and fit it to my mouth. It felt tight but ok, not unlike mouth guards for martial arts like I had used before. My first night, I made it about two hours and took them out. While I don't think I was snoring, my jaw started to ache. The next night, I tried to keep them in longer. My lower jaw hurt even more and it felt like one of my teeth was more painful than the other. Then, on the third night, I woke up in a puddle of drool, jaw still hurting and I realized I had wasted $60. It didn't work for me and I don't think I'm going to try any further. Lesson learned. Also, I'll share two more things. The little arrow for orientation is damn near impossible to find in the dark and I wonder if the lack of a tongue brace like other brands is part of the problem. I guess in order to open my airway, it has to widen my jaws while I sleep. But jaw hurting is not bearable. Also, it keeps your mouth somewhat open, and you will end up drooling. I only used the device for a few days, and I first went through the refund steps with Amazon since the wording states that Vital Sleep extends their warranty another 30 days PAST AMAZONS 30 days. Amazon did not refund me, but sent me to the website for "troubleshooting". Once you get to VS's website, you have to go to where it says request a refund. Very easy to fill out the request form. I gave 4/5 stars because the idea of the device is great, but the size/dimensions are not for everyone. I got the womans size and it was too large and would not stay put while sleeping due to my lower teeth dislodging from the device, unfortunately, even after adjusting the impressions 3 times.
