Aspidistra elatior, or Cast Iron Plant as they are commonly called, are an indoor plant ideal for the home or office, and very easy to keep. Approximately 75cm tall Given the name Cast Iron Plant as they will stand neglect. Tolerant of air pollution. Keep cool and frost free in winter. Tolerant of most positions except direct sun. One of the few plants that will thrive in a dark position with little light. Only repot every 5 years as they do not like being disturbed. Water sparingly as these plants do not like very wet compost.We measure our plants from the bottom of the pot to the top of the plant. The plant you will receive will be very similar to the one in the photo.

Arrived quickly and very well packed. It's a beautiful plant tall plant. It's been with us for two weeks and it's doing well, it's already got a new bud. We are very happy with the product and will definitely buy from this seller again.

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Cast Iron Plant

I have had two Aspidistras for one week. The first arrived by mistake from one supplier who left it boxed outside of my front door by a radiator for just over a week while I was away on holiday. The plant survived but the soil was infested with fungus gnats. Even though its March I have had to leave the Aspidistra outside on the balcony while I treat it, but the specimen itself looks really healthy despite its mistreatment. It truly is a "cast iron plant". The second Aspidistra is a picture of health and enjoying life indoors.
