The smell of the Clear lip balm is also the same as the one I ordered before. This smells like Vanilla and Brown Sugar, which is very nice. However, it doesn't have the same taste as the scent, unfortunately. I do notice a bit of a sunscreen taste, if some of the gloss gets in my mouth. I wish this had the Vanilla and Brown Sugar flavor. Each color, from lightest to darkest, worked on me. They feel just as buttery and smooth as balms such as summer Fridays, glossier, or laneige. They are incredibly moisturizing, easy to reapply, smell like vanilla, have zero white cast, and last a bit longer on the lips than the balms I mentioned above. I’m guessing that the addition of SPF gives them more grip. They fade away evenly, no weird splotches of dry crusty lips at all, and the formula is not sticky; there’s a little bit of a cushiony feeling. I wear them everyday with and without liner. I purchased a few for my family and got myself a clear one as well. I will 100% repurchase these. So happy to find sun protection for the sensitive skin on my lips that is actually a pleasure to wear.
