The 'gentle smoke bag', is perfect for however much food you can fit inside.We use it for fish, of all species, and salmon fillet is the best, so far.The flavour is not strong, but very lightly smokey.We have used the bag for vegetables as well, and asparagus works well.The price of the bag seems expensive, but I would advise filling the bag every time, to its capacity;  you can always freeze any excess.We have not, as yet used the 'strong smoke bag', but it won't be too long !! 'Gourmet Granny'.

MY DAUGHTER SAID THEY SMELT LIKE "CHEAP HOTDOGS" AND I HAVE TO AGREE, THEY ARE NOT AS GOOD AS THE ORIGINAL.
