Very sturdy, easy to set up. I've been getting great workouts in. I love it.

The length is short. It fits me because I’m short (5’3”), however it may not be suitable for those that are taller. The springs make a sound when you go back and forth which annoys me. Also the weight of the springs is low so it doesn’t provide a challenging work out if you’re a high level Pilates person. I’m just beginning and use half to all of the springs depending on the exercises on the videos I watch on YouTube. Plus, easy to put together, good directions and it is also easy to adjust. You need to fiddle with the hand straps/rope connecting them since it may feel uneven when you first get the machine.
