(This is important; some vest is made of nylon mesh or no padding. It is very uncomfortable) ---24 individual weight bag fit snugly in its own strapped pocket so it does not move around while moving. Our pocket is closed with Velcro that can force the weight bag tightly into the pockets. ---We uses iron ore sand that is dense and heavy - minimize the weights volume - They are double sealed. (One layer of thick plastic bag + 1 nylon bagging over it.) Note 1: Iron ore sand is different from the beach sand. Beach sand is light and made up primarily aluminum silicate. They are much lighter than iron ore sand. Note 2: Warning: 60 lb weight vest is very heavy. We do not suggest putting all 24 bags of the weights in the pockets and start your workout. The body has not adjust to the extra weights. Serious injury may occur. (The shoulder will hurt due to the weights. The legs will not have the strength to stablize the body. When it arrived everything was there and it was a nice vest BUT, I am not that big a man...just over 200 # and the straps didn't reach around me. However they did take it back but they don't refund shipping to you or return. On that note, Amazon.com did make up for it with credits...big thanks them. ### ⭐⭐ Poor durability *by R***G on Reviewed in the United States on July 10, 2016* This vest is awkward to take off and put on, but maybe I was expecting too much for a 60lb vest. The weight bags included are difficult to remove and install into the compartments on the vest.Durability is lacking. The company sent me a second vest quickly after the first one I had broke, which was great on their part. The second vest held up well, but the bags started leaking iron shot all over the place after a couple months. I wound up putting all the shot bags inside another bag and putting that in a backpack for training.
