A: Haven't experienced that happening, but I don't let it sit either. I drink it right away.

A: 510 mg

**Q: Does the sugar free break a fast???**
A: There are 5 carbs and 15 calories so this will slightly pull you out of fast. You may be able to reduce any blood sugar increase relatively quickly though unless you have blood sugar issues.

After several weeks, I’m impressed — it delivers the same fast hydration benefits without the sugar or any noticeable crash. What I love: • Zero Sugar & Keto-Friendly — This is the biggest win. No cane sugar or dextrose, yet it still uses Liquid I.V.’s Cellular Transport Technology (with added amino acids like L-alanine and L-glutamine in the sugar-free formula) to help your body absorb water and electrolytes quickly.
