You only need a DOT, because it packs an extreme flavor when combined with any fruit. Once you taste this on your lime, orange, tangerine, tomato, or whatever fruit you use after a shot of Tequila or Mezcal, OR just the fruit itself, your taste buds will be AWAKENED!! I brought my little bottle in my purse to the bar and just put a few little dots on my orange, and sucked it after a shot of tequila, and I KNEW that if I ever ordered a shot of anything that requires salt on a fruit, I would NEVER want REGULAR salt on the rim again.
