They offered me a full refund and they also said they would check the connections with quality control to make sure this didn't happen to anyone else. It seems like this company will stand behind their products so with that being said, I would order from this company again because I appreciate anyone who will stand behind their products. They didn't have to offer the refund as the time for sending things back had passed.
