Review: Good taste, good product! - This cheese was fantastic! I made 10lb of homemade smoked cheddar jalapeno sausage and used this cheese for my recipe. It was the perfect size for my hog casing sized brats and it held together great while mixing and stuffing the meat. It melted once I grilled the sausage for consumption, but not before. This bag makes a lot of sausage, espcially if you go with a 10% cheese to meat ratio like I do. Placed it in the fridge and it should last for a year (or until my next batch). I would recommend this cheese.
