Review: My favourite Martini - Now I am a big Martini fan, I love the stuff and I would normally only drink white Martini. I tried this Rosato once and I was hooked, now I only drink this one. I feel like it has more flavour than the white Martini, with a hint of sweetness and not too heavy like the Rosso Martini. Most white Martini I would make a cocktail with it as well as drinking it on its own. This Rosato I feel would be a sacrilege to put it in a cocktail, it is simply lovely to drink on its own over ice.

Now I am a big Martini fan, I love the stuff and I would normally only drink white Martini. I tried this Rosato once and I was hooked, now I only drink this one. I feel like it has more flavour than the white Martini, with a hint of sweetness and not too heavy like the Rosso Martini. Most white Martini I would make a cocktail with it as well as drinking it on its own. This Rosato I feel would be a sacrilege to put it in a cocktail, it is simply lovely to drink on its own over ice.

Hard to find Rosatto, normally it is Rosso which comes up (mouthwash flavour) This is a tart aromatic and is used in a Bombay gin cocktail, with lemon and buckets of ice and a decent tonic like fever tree. Lovely.
