The sliding button to allow water to flow from the tip is very difficult to slide up or down, even more so when wet (and water gets everywhere). This seems to be a major flaw because I cannot easily turn it on when it is in my mouth (have to take it out and use two hands) nor can I turn it off without taking it out of my mouth (more water mess).As for the cleaning, it does a nice job.
