The five star rating is for when they were Clear bags. They are now only available in White. My municipality requires trash be disposed of in Clear bags. The rolls came as is. They aren't hard to store because those where wrapped with a large, long tape that almost went around. They're out of that brand (I wonder if Amazon doesn't have something to do with availability and prices.There were great stars for this brand. I'm trying them on those.They came today---PROMPT---which is great; most people forget to buy trash bags until they are out, are almost.The outer box, (shown) was tore apart. Like someone that thrown it across a room, etc. The box came in an outer box w/Amazon tape and had some wrap, but I don't think enough.No damage! I was able to trim the sides. There were perforated edging. I was able to open the perforated edge opening easily. It's there, for the user to pull out the bags as needed. A neat feature. The other ones you had to be careful when opening them...you'd get an extra # often and have to rewind or cut and put somewhere loose inside the area you're keeping them...that screw up my long drawer.
