The raspberry flavor is my favorite one. They also helped me get a few calories and occasionally helped me keep food down after eating snacks and small meals. Now that my first trimester is over, I occasionally just eat them because they taste nice. Definitely worth a try if you are feeling nauseous during pregnancy.
