Beware that it (pouch) smells fishy but that's I think normal. Also don't be fooled by the light color of the broth, I reccomend that you taste it before adding another. I was expecting a really golden color but the taste will be strong even if the broth is light...my broth barely tinted the water but was full of flavor.
