OTDR displays the power of the returned signal related to distance. The information can be used to confirm the transmission quality of a fiber optic link. Bought this is October 2025. Today is March 10th, 2026. I opened the box for the first time two days ago I plugged in the unit and 24 hours later the battery light started blinking. Battery is dead. There is no support to contact for this issue. The troubleshooting steps provided did not help me at all. I would buy a quality product that has support here in the United States if you’re gonna spend this kind of money. Save your money, buy elsewhere Update Reseller reached out to me and offered a full refund. I accepted. I’ll change this from a 1 star to a 3 star and when the refund comes back to me I’ll change it to a 5 star and buy another unit. Everyone deserves a 2nd chance.
