Great value for the money I must say. Try buying 1000m of line from the store you gonna pay a lot more. Tied it to something wrapped some around some pliers and pulled. Gotta say it’s definitely strong line. Braid being super easy to tie will be great addition to my electric reel.Had plenty left over so I spooled another reel I use for snapper and various other species. Hopefully it cast fairly easy and doesn’t k it up a lot.

Excellent value. I used it to set limb lines for catfish. It’s much smaller in diameter than any other 150 lb test line I’ve ever used. This made it much easier to run through the eye of my circle hooks. Tying knots was a breeze. I was very impressed with this line.

I bought several different pound lines to redo my spinning reels with. As a newby to braided line I was surprised how lightweight and flexible the line is compared to monofiliment. It is also smaller in diameter when compared to the same pound monofiliment. I discovered it is harder to get through a hook eyelet because when cut the end is slightly ragged and it is so flexible that unless you get the line exactly in the eyelet you cannot push it through or the line just folds over on the end. Once through the hook tying a standard fishermans knot is a breeze. I also immediately noticed that with the lighter weight line, bobber fishing in a slight breeze the line whips around and seems to have a lot more wind deflection than monofiliment and causes the bobber to move quite a bit more than monofiliment. The line is not as easily cut as monofiliment is. I use a sharp nail clipper to cut line with and it has a hard time cutting this line cleanly and leaves a slight ragged end. I tried cutting it with a sharp knife and the knife did an even worse job than the nail clippers. But even with these differences I will stick with this line for now and enjoy the extra yardage I can get on my reels over the same pound monofiliment.

I’ve purchased this brand for over 5 years and it has never let me down. It’s strong, sturdy and easy to cast. I’m using this line in my baitcasting reels, spinning reels and conventional reels. I have a wide range of pounds test and colors and from 4 strands to 12 strands. They are abrasion resistant to a point. I’ve caught blacktip sharks, bull red drums and a huge black drum and many other species of saltwater fish. This line is awesome and outlast the competition. I highly recommend the you get yourself some of these lines.
