**Q: How exactly do you use this and is plastic better then the metal one**
A: this one you just hold and scrape your tongue with it. I prefer metal one though. This works ok, metal one works great!

**Q: How am I supposed to use this product and for how long should I use each time?**
A: There are 2 sides to this. You use the bristle side first by brushing your tongue and breaking/loosening up all the junk. Then you'll use the scraper/plastic side second to scrape all the junk off your tongue. You'll know when your tongue is clean because you won't be able to scrape anything else off. I love this product and couldn't imagine going without it. You'll never want to be without it again!

**Q: What is the difference between models 760, 760pa &760rb?**
A: Hello, 
There is no difference in the product. The lettered suffixes, in this case, have to do with versions of the packaging.

**Q: Can this clean the back of my tongue?**
A: The brush side is soft-bristled, so depending on how much bacteria one accumulates, brush your tongue with either toothpaste or tonguewash using a toothbrush, then use the tongue scraper side until cleaned.

I have not used a tongue cleaner before because I have a very strong gag reflex. This item is small and therefore does not trigger the reflex as much. My mouth has felt much fresher and cleaner after using this. Very easy to use, unlike some other tongue scrapers.
