**Q: How do you clean it?**
A: I would recommended buying a kit that has an extra set of liners.  This way, you can alternate them and always have a clean set.  Either way, they are clean by hand with a mild detergent and water .... and then air dried.

A: To me it seemed light weight.  I would guess about 2lbs. I wore it for 4 months and it really helped
me. I had a broken neck and am doing quite well now.
