Review: Well made and a great oven! - I bought this a few months ago and as weather has permitted began the build. As expected the oven came in with zero issues. I built the stand and was ready to build the oven. I spent the money and purchased more insulation then supplied. (yes, that was good move) otherwise the build went as directed. I was overly careful when I got to the point that I could heat the oven to go slowly. Small fires for 2 weeks. Bigger but not full fires fire another 2 weeks to get rid of the moisture in the oven. Since then, WOW! Great pizza, and anything else we make is awesome! Keep in mind this is a take and bigger oven then most. Meaning, heating it will take a little more time. I do 3 pizzas at a time. I also recommend buying the flue from the company. Again, only negative I saw was I wish there was more insulation, otherwise it's a great oven! Review: I would purchase again. - I recently purchased this oven. It was delivered in time without defect. I had no previous skill in masonry work and found it very easy to assembly and finish. Having never worked with cement or stucco before was a bit intimidating because of the uncertainty but my wife and I had no problem once we started the project. I would certainly recommend watching videos on youtube like we did for some training on how to apply cement and stucco. Our foundation has poured footers and a 6" poured concrete slab installed by our landscapers. The pedestal and pavers were also installed by them. The actual table is a 60" round 3" thick slab I had made for this purpose. It is reinforced with rebar. It is very heavy and was a challenge to get set in place but our landscapers did great.
