Highly recommend!! ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ seems good, reduced stomach ache *by T***D on October 22, 2020* I don't take these religiously, but, whenever I eat a meat or veggie that I haven't had in a long time, I try to take one of these immediately before or after. I suspect, over time, my gut flora get used to my generally fairly restrictive diet, so, when I eat a meat not normally in my diet (e.g. beef) or a significant amount of a vegetable that I usually only have in small amounts (e.g. cucumber, mushrooms, kidney beans, etc.) I usually get a stomach ache and often enough gas to require a re-draft of the Green New Deal.
