My tree is growing, but looks nothing like Ginko leaves.** A: I don't know what your leaves look like but my ginko looks just like the photo. **Q: Can this plant be grown indoors? And are those some type of fruit that grows from the plant?** A: Yes, this plant can be grown indoors but once the leaves fall off, make sure you keep watering it and have it in the sun so that when the season comes, it will produce leaves again. As for the fruit, I'm unsure. **Q: Are the plants Male or female?
